Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled. Please take care when making your selection. Note: we do our up most to make sure you are viewing the closest colour match seen on the website, however viewing online may create a slight difference in colour given the colour quality of your computer. Please do choose carefully.
We are happy to exchange product but don’t offer refunds outside of 14 days of purchase. A refund will only be given once the purchase is returned and inspected it is in the same conditions it was received. Delivery charges will apply at the customers expense. Exquisite wool blankets is not liable for returns being lost.

Step 2: Let us know your invoice number and name and what you are exchanging the product for. We can’t be liable for returns being lost. Returns are at your own cost. Check out your local courier or post shop, they will have all the information and be happy to help.
